They are first and foremost designed to cover, hide and sometimes aid in freeze protecting unsightly items around your home or business. DekoRRa understands that these rocks are outdoors and often around people, children and pets. The material can withstand 100lbs/sqft according to the testing done by the manufacturer. That was done on a flat piece of their material and subjected to tests. Their rocks are NOT flat, but usually wider at the base and narrowing as it gets higher and their shape can withstand weight better than flat.

According to one of the DekoRRa owners, they have unscientifically tested most of their rocks by having adults (150-200lbs) crawl all over their rocks without any breaking. Some of the rocks deflected a little under the weight, but none have ever cracked or broken. I don't think that large pets, children and teens and the occasional adult should be an issue if the rocks experience being sat or crawled on every so often, but I wouldn't make it a regular event. Best Advice: Don't load them. Use them for primarily for concealment.

All DekoRRa rock covers are irregular in shape (not a pefect box or cylinder) and usually tapers in width and depth as height increases. On our category page which lists all of the rocks, the dimensions shown there are the rocks' overall outside maximum height x width x depth. The item you want to cover must be smaller that those dimension for it to have a chance to fit. So if your object is 22 inches tall then you should look at rocks where the outside height is higher than 22 inches (do same for width and depth), but the Inside or Interior dimensions will better tell you if it will fit and those dimensions are shown on each individual rocks product page.

On each specific rock models page it should show the internal / inside dimensions usually in a chart. The chart shows the largest width x length (or diameter if your object is round) that can be covered at the different heights and it will get smaller as you go higher. Sometimes it will show you two different width x depth at the same height. That shows that the rock can cover different shaped items as some items are longer with a small depth (skinny) and some items to cover are less wide but deeper (thicker/fat). So at each height if the dimensions shown on the chart as large or larger than you item dimension at each height, then that rock should cover over the item nicely.
